What does it cost to hire your recruiting services?

Why should I work with your staffing firm?

Could I just use my HR department or corporate recruiter?

Sure! However, our firm can offer a deep reach into the candidate availability market for which your in-house staff may not have the time. Because we specialize in Recruitment delivery we can partner with you and your in-house team to build an effective strategy to fill your jobs with great people. Additionally, we have an extensive network of professionals we’ve developed through 30 years of business.

I am relocating soon. Can I apply for a job in my new location?

Job applications require a valid current address. You can indicate your geographic preferences for work on your application. Ageatia does offer relocation assistance for select projects. To indicate your geographic preferences, choose one or more cities in the eligibility section of your job application.

Do you offer benefits to contractors?

Yes, we offer benefits to our W2 contractors including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability options, and a matching 401k, should they meet the eligibility requirements and choose to enroll.

Do you offer payroll services if I find a candidate on my own?

Yes! If you have located a candidate on your own for a temporary project, we can manage the payroll process while they are on assignment.

Do you have the ability to run background checks and other pre-employment screenings for contract employees?

Yes, we offer a wide range of pre-employment screenings that can be customized to your needs including criminal background checks, drug screening, degree verification, and job-appropriate credit checks and health screenings.

What are my responsibilities to Ageatia contract employees?

Once a Ageatia contract employee is placed in your location, you are primarily responsible for the day-to-day supervision and the accuracy and quality of their work. Our team will conduct periodic performance checks with you or the department supervisor, whichever is preferred. If at any time you are not satisfied with the contract employee’s overall performance, please let us know immediately. We’ll partner with you to remedy the situation through counseling our employee, or securing a replacement if applicable.

Can I convert a Ageatia contract employee to my company as a full-time employee?

In the event your company or any of its subsidiaries, divisions, partners or affiliates is interested in hiring a Ageatia contract employee full-time, please notify your Ageatia Account Manager. The conversion will be free of charge provided a work-hours minimum is met. A separation fee will be charged if you would like to convert the employee sooner than the work-hours minimum.

Who is my employer if I’m on a contract assignment Ageatia or Ageatia client?

Ageatia is your employer of record. We will manage your payroll, social security, state and federal unemployment taxes, employment records, W-2 forms, and HR needs. Should you need anything related to your employment with us, please contact us

Does it cost anything to find a job through your firm?

No, you do not have to pay any fees to work with our Recruiters. All fees are paid by our clients.
